Siblings & Army Veterans

In our nearly 40 years together on this planet, we've done a lot of crazy stuff together as brother and sister.  From adventure races in our home state of Minnesota, to a deployment to Kuwait and Iraq during our time in the Army, we've always supported and encouraged one another.  Now that we both have our own families (Beth has two kids and Eric has four) we are thrilled to be working together to run Busy Baby and help make life a little easier for Busy Parents everywhere! Here's our crew...

   Meet The Maker: Beth Fynbo

It's never too late to chase your dreams!

After 10 years in the Army and 10 years in 'Corporate America,' I was finally blessed with a healthy baby boy at the age of 40. The day my maternity leave ended, and I had to drop him off at daycare, my heart sunk. I knew I wanted to be the person that could witness his first steps, watch him try all his first foods, and teach him how to be a great human. I grew up the daughter of an entrepreneur and always wanted to start my own business as well.  I knew it was time to take that leap.
A few days later, I met some girlfriends for lunch and they brought their one-year-old daughters with. One-year-old's are notorious for throwing toys on the ground! As I watched the girls play fetch with their moms, I thought to myself, "There has got to be something I can buy for my son so we can enjoy a peaceful lunch!" I couldn't find anything online that would do the job.
Then, a brilliant idea popped into my head!  Since then, I've been working hard to make the Busy Baby Mat a reality and reduce stress with infants and toddlers!  Sometimes Life is a Little Easier with a BUSY BABY!

Meet the Brother: Eric Fynbo

After 5 years in the Army and 12 years in Retail, I decided to jump in with both feet to help my big sister run Busy Baby and grow the company. I've been blessed with an amazing wife who has supported me through all my career adventures and continues to do so with this amazing opportunity. My goal is to spend more time with the family, and show them how to work hard and achieve your dreams, whatever they are!
