Shipping Policy

Busy Baby® fulfills and ships orders Monday - Friday.  We will provide a tracking number to the email address on your order as soon as your shipment is created.  You can track your package via the carrier (usually USPS). 

RETURN:

We hope you love your Busy Baby® order, but in case you don’t, we are pleased to offer easy returns within 30 days of original purchase if the items are returned.  Please reach out to us at support@busybabymat.com to initiate a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). 

Busy Baby® does not offer item exchanges.

SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES:

Priority Mail ships within 24 hours and is usually delivered in 2-3 business days. Please note, these are estimated delivery times. Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii may take longer. 

Busy Baby® is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been processed through USPS.  It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier regarding a lost or stolen package.

Currently, there is no way for Busy Baby® to predict how long each shipment will take. With this in mind, Busy Baby® cannot issue refunds on transit time guarantees violated by the USPS. It is a known issue amongst the carriers and a factor beyond our control. 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:

If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Unfortunately, Busy Baby® is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds or replace items in lost packages.

If your package tracking is stuck while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit USPS.com to begin this process.

CANCEL ORDER : 

Due to our fast, same-day packing and shipping, we cannot guarantee your order will be able to be canceled. If you would like to cancel please immediately email support@busybabymat.com with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER and your order number.
